The Wanna Be A Champion series are sport specific fitness & skills training programs with elite athletes designed to suit all ages & fitness levels. From juniors to seniors, beginners to advanced.
Each athlete takes us through a complete series of exercises for pre/post games & training days. Exercises are explained in terms of physical benefits, muscle groups utilised, and the benefits that this provides given physical requirements that are placed on the body, with specific emphasis on needs for each particular sport. Also get a personal insight on skills from the pros themselves.
It also addresses the societal need to help young people become fit and healthy, whilst also giving them the insights into how others have achieved their personal goals.
The message is that a champion doesn’t have to be the most elite sportsman…they can be a champion for achieving their own personal goals of fitness, health, sporting interest/participation or the like.
The project uses iconic sportspeople and their achievements to deliver the message.

A surfing program is currently in production with the world’s current ranked #1 surfer, Taj Burrow. This program, designed by Taj Burrow’s personal coach and High Performance Trainer John Gannon, will demonstrate specific exercises to improve your surfing.
It will be aimed for all surfers i.e. beginners, grommets, the ‘Indo Warrior’ preparing for the annual boat trip, competitors to professionals.
